Latest culmination
A capability matures when the team carries it forward with a sense of empowerment and trust in what was taught, without the need for constant management.
Every chapter in this portfolio has added a key facet to what has been built here. That allowed me to expand and evolve from internal enterprise product and experience design to customer facing experience orchestration and product design. All while investing in and nurturing a growing, self-motivated team and generating revenue for the organization.
