The organization’s challenge is growing and developing competitive AI-driven products and services for its clients. Until now it has focused heavily on technological capability, integration, and resources, yet it continues to struggle with driving adoption, improving product usability, and building a process that meets the standard of users’ needs and journeys. As part of the AI-First internal campaign, we have been providing advisory and design capabilities across its AI initiatives whenever possible:
EXAMPLES OF HCAI PRODUCTS & INITIATIVES
1
AI Recruitment Platform (June 2023-Dec 2025)
Led 0→1 product and UX strategy. Deployed across regions, internally and with clients. HR cost down 30%, time-to-hire down 12%, match quality up 80%. MVP in 2023, final product release after 3 versions in 2025.

MVP - prioritization and minimum viability
Product testing and validation
Versioning and regional growth.
2
Agentic AI for IT Support (April 2026-Now)
Brought in to make the behavioral design more nuanced, returning control and agency to users while matching client culture and vocabulary. We were also asked to support an integration model that applies best practices for employee experience and organizational needs.

3
AI Tool-Maker Platform (May 2026-Now)
Built the business case and secured the budget and sponsorship for a platform where people build their own AI tools, turning current users into makers. We also designed the Chrome extension (EMEA only), which has reached 60% adoption with consistent use across EMEA employees. Early data is promising.

5
AI-enabled sales portal and HR Portal design (Aug 2024 -Feb 2026)
An evolved product design initiative that created AI-enabled Sales and HR portals integrated into Microsoft systems. For sales it facilitates a unified portfolio of products, services, cases, industry knowledge, 3rd party tools, and materials as an all-in-one tool for sales, pre-sales, and marketing enablement. The same logic for HR knowledge and tools for employees within the HR portal. Both released as a global platform that creates continuity and cohesion across regions.

An important pillar of any product and service that considers both customers/user needs and business needs through thorough research is a growth strategy that leads on literacy, engagement, and community:
AI Ambassador Program (April 2026-Now)
Part of the change-management layer that makes the products real and builds AI literacy across teams. An initiative that grew from 4 teams of 5 to 10 teams of 6 in four months within EMEA and then NA.
Driving the discipline forward
Evolving the scope and naming of the practice: from designing interfaces for AI tools to actively assessing and driving behavioral models for improved UX across 10+ internal AI products and services. Human-centered correction as the differentiator, not an add-on, anchored by the white paper Designing Intelligence.
Designing Intelligence white paper
Designing Intelligence: The Strategic Imperative of Human-Centered Design in the Age of AI is a white paper compendium of articles, to be published one at a time through the organization’s site and social media, on the impact and relevance of HCAI in business and in the evolution of AI. This is a step towards creating thought leadership setting the tone of an evolved AI service and product portfolio for our clients.
