Product-Led Growth

Designing, scaling, and activating a SaaS product across product, customers, and teams

THREE INTERDEPENDENT GROWTH DRIVERS

Regulatory Compliance as Workflow

HACCP standards and safety protocols embedded directly into daily routines, making compliance an integral part of the work that creates consistency and rigor.

User-Centered Technology as Enabler

IoT tools, identity-driven UX (product and business identity and narrative as one), data visualization, and a design built for the potential of AI capabilities, all used to reduce friction, improve accuracy, and support better decision-making. A key function here was a consistent and transformative Design System that informed the products, the system overall, and the narrative to the media.

Location-Based Scale

Designed for multi-unit growth from the start, adapting to local regulations, and operational culture without requiring separate product versions. The adaptability and versatility of the business and product model allowed it to organically grow for audiences across EU and LATAM. The design language deliberately broke from modern trends to focus on design principles, familiar structures, and design psychology. This allowed the UI and UX to speak more universally than most design trends.

THE LESSON

Product-led growth is driven by trust, clarity, and systems that scale human behavior — not features alone. Designing for adoption, learning, and culture proved as critical as designing the interfaces.
